Good news for the people of Siwan as Ex chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi wrote a letter to foreign minister Smt. Sushma Swaraj to open a passport office in Siwan.
He requested to Smt Sushma Swaraj that people face problem to prepare there passport because they have to go Patna which causes loss of money as well as time.
